President Wang Weiyue led a team to Wuhan from March 1st to March 4th to recruit high-quality talents, aiming to enhance YEU's strategy of strengthening its workforce and im‐proving faculty academic standards. During this visit, President Wang participated in three tal‐ent fairs hosted by universities in Wuhan, specifically targeting master's and doctoral gradu‐ates. At the fairs, he provided potential candidates with detailed information about YEU's fu‐ture prospects, salary packages, and employee benefits, with the goal of attracting top talents to the university. Staff members from the Personnel Office also attended the fairs to support re‐cruitment efforts. Following the events, the Personnel Office will follow up with potential can‐didates to arrange timely interviews. Additionally, President Wang gained valuable insights into university operations through field investigations at prestigious institutions such as Wuhan University and Zhongnan University of Economics and Law.
